We are currently seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED ?Service Advisor? to add to our ?Service Team?. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual who possesses Harley-Davidson or metric experience. Prefer 2-5 years experience in the Harley-Davidson/Buell industry with a proven track record. Qualified candidates must be a motorcycle enthusiast, have excellent customer and follow-up skills, be focused while possessing a positive team-oriented mentality having the ability to work with as well as learn from others, dominate superior technical understanding with a methodical approach to problem solving, able to assess and explain failures to customers demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Applicants should also have basic computer skills, be reliable, self-motivated, fast learner and have the aptitude to follow directions.
It is definitely a ?BIG PLUS? if you are bilingual and have a valid M-Class motorcycle endorsement driver's license.
Physical requirements: Must be able to move motorcycles which may weigh in excess of 900 pounds and carry miscellaneous objects or materials.
Some Saturdays may be required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass drug screen
Hourly rate plus commission + benefits/401K
