McCree General Contractors & Architects will be hosting a ?Meet and Greet? for potential subcontractors for the Winter Haven Fire Safety Complex project. This ?Meet and Greet? will serve as an opportunity to review the project and receive information as it relates to the bidding schedule of this project. This project is a 21,000 sf. (approx.) commercial construction project to be constructed using concrete panels with metal roof trusses and a standing seam metal roof. The interior will be constructed using metal studs and drywall, showers, lockers etc.
The following trades are encouraged to attend: Site work and Clearing, Concrete Flat Work, Structural Steel, Drywall/Metal Studs, Insulation, Floor Covering, Overhead Doors, Glass and Glazing, Painting, Lockers and Accessories, Metal Roofing, Plumbing, Mechanical, Fire Protection and Electrical.
